Classes have been changed

Change to sailing instructions

As a result of all boats increasing handicap over the years, we need to make a change to the classes.

D/H is unchanged, as there is only one class.

Class 1 Double Handed NOR Rating
Class 2 NOR Rating with spinnaker up and including 1,0000
Class 3 NOR Rating with spinnaker 1,0001 – 1,0500
Class 4 NOR Rating with spinnaker 1,0501 and up
